Managed by App Stores
Our "Pro" subscriptions are processed and managed directly by the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
- Refunds: Must be requested through the respective App Store standard procedures.
- Cancellations: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your phone's subscription settings.
- Access: Pro features are available immediately upon purchase confirmation.
📦 Bluom Shop (Physical Goods)
For physical items purchased from the Bluom Shop (supplements, gear, hardware):
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused/Unworn
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipping
Shipping times vary by location. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@bluom.app within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement.
